This is my fourth album of personal songs that illustrate various different topics. After Aether, Orbit and Shatter, this one, "Hymnus" is all about special moments in life. Wonders of nature, the strongest feelings, beautiful landscapes and much more. Most of the tracks are orchestral tracks, some are more modern with synthesizers, some are rather experimental or minimalistic and the last track, "Lullaby of a Traveller" is the first ever "song" that I composed, sung by the fantastic Lorenz Blattert.
This last song concludes the album with a traveller that tells his son of what he has seen on his journey - the moments pictured in this album. The songtext of this track can be found and read in the track info.
A huge thank you also to Patrick Damm, aka Bluswelt, who designed this beautiful album cover. It was always a small dream of mine to compose entire albums, to express myself and spread my music. To have a professional album cover for it, platforms to upload on and finally, to have people being interested in my work, like you, reading this; this is still unbelievable to me.
